On the day of arrival, reserved rooms will be ready from 3:00 PM. We are happy to accommodate earlier check-in, subject to availability.

If you plan to arrive later than 9:00 PM, please inform us in advance.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room and parking space in front of the hotel or in the "Mühle" parking garage by 11:00 AM at the latest.

In case of late arrival, early departure, or No Show cancellation, the full room rate will be charged.

On request we are happy to organise a private baby sitter for you. Information and prices available on request.

For external services (taxi journeys, ski pass, ski school, massages etc.), that are outside the booked package deal and which are charged via your hotel bill, there will be a 3% surcharge. We are prohibited from forwarding your credit card details. 

Please be aware that pets are not permitted in the hotel. 

W-LAN is available free of charge throughout the hotel. 

The following discounts are available for children and additional adults staying in a room when there are two adults paying full price:

• 0 – 1 years: free of charge
• 2 – 3 years: Euro 30.00 per child per day
• 4 – 9 years: 50 % – 70 % discount 
• 9 – 13,9 years old: 40 % to 45 % discount
• Aged 14 and over /Adults: 20 % to 30 % discount  

A free parking space is available in front of the hotel for every room. You can find out the opening hours at reception. On request you can reserve one of our garage spaces in the 'Mühle' garage, for Euro 28.00 per car and day. Please make an advance reservation for this.   

All prices are in Euro (€) and are per person and day, including breakfast, the afternoon skiers' snack and the Antonius inclusive services.

Local tax of Euro 5.09 per person /day (payable for those aged 14 and over) is also charged in addition to the day prices and for Winter Specials. From 1.1.2027 onwards the local tax is Euro 5.27 per person/day. 

For short stays (1–3 nights), we charge a supplement of Euro 10. 00 to Euro 20.00 per person per day. 

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. We would politely ask you to refrain from smoking in any inside area of the hotel. 

From experience we know that despite really looking forward to a holiday that has been booked, things can happen in between times. If you are not already insured in this regard, we therefore recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance.

With the "Hotel Cancellation Plus" travel cancellation insurance, you save yourself from unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation and mountain rescue (including helicopter rescue).

With regard to the afternoon or evening menu we are happy to assist when it comes to booking a table in one of the many restaurants in Lech and the surrounding area. Restaurant tips are available at any time at Reception. 

Multi-functional Sportpark Lech offers a comprehensive range of sports and leisure activities. Sport, fun and pleasure for all ages.

The following cancellation policy applies to bookings at our hotel:

• up to 90 days before you are due to arrive – no cancellation costs
• up to 30 days before you are due to arrive - 40 % cancellation costs
• up to 14 days before you are due to arrive – 70% cancellation costs
• 6 days to 1 day before you are due to arrive – 90% cancellation costs
• on the day you are due to arrive or No Show or early departure – 100% cancellation costs

Cancellations are only valid in written form.

For cancellations within the free cancellation period, we charge a processing fee of
Euro 30.00.

Otherwise, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (ABGH) apply. The right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 18 Paragraph 1 Item 10 of the Distance Selling Act (FAGG) does not apply to bookings at our hotel.

Our small yet perfectly formed wellness area is open daily for you. Please note there is no admittance to children under the age of 14 years. After an action-packed day you get to switch off here and let your mind unwind or just daydream and relax. 

All prices are in Euro (€) and are per person for the times stated, incl. listed services, excl. local taxes.

Please note that Winter Specials are only able to be paid in CASH (no debit or credit cards). 

We accept cash and debit card, V-Pay, Master Card and Visa Card.

Please note that our 'Winter Specials' offers can only be paid in cash.

To confirm your booking, we kindly request a deposit of 30% of the total price within two weeks of receiving your confirmation.

• Direct payment via the payment link in your confirmation using a credit card  (MasterCard or Visa), debit card, or instant bank transfer.

In our booking confirmation, we will inform you of all relevant details, including the booking and cancellation conditions and travel cancellation insurance. Your confirmation will become valid upon receipt of your deposit. 

If you cancel within the free cancellation period, your deposit will be refunded less a processing fee of Euro 30.00.
