Duty to provide information:

The protection of your personal details is particularly important to us. We process your details solely on the basis of legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information statement we provide information about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

Contact with us:

When you contact us via the contact form on the website, or via e-mail, the contact details you have provided will be used to process your enquiry and stored by us in the event of follow-up questions. We will not forward this data without your consent. Only when you expressly consent to the data protection statement and statement on the use of data by clicking, will your enquiry be sent to us electronically. As an option, when you send a contact enquiry, you consent to the processing of the personal data you have provided being used to for the purposes of provision of information about our latest offers via an e-mail newsletter, until cancellation or opposition. In this case, your contact details will be stored by us. You can rescind consent at any time. An informal communication via e-mail to us will suffice. Legitimacy of data processed until the point of rescission will remain unaffected. We will not forward this data without your consent. In this respect, please see our data protection statement.

General:

Use of this website is generally possible without providing personal details. When personal details are gathered on our site (for instance, name, address or e-mail addresses), this is done, where possible, on a voluntary basis. These details will not be forwarded to third parties without your express consent. Excluded from this is the forwarding of your personal details to external service providers, including banks (if applicable, the return of sums of money/deposits), tax advisors (in the context of accounting) Europäische Reiseversicherung Vienna (should you want to take out travel cancellation insurance)etc. We would like to point out that data processing in the Internet (e.g. communication via e-mail) may have security issues. Complete protection of data being accessed by third parties is not possible. We do of course take appropriate measures to protect your personal details against loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure. These measures include the use of networks that are secured via firewalls and passwords in accordance with safety standards.

Data storage

We would point out that to ensure an easier shopping process and later conclusion of contract by the web shop operator that the IP details of the subscriber are stored using cookies, as are the name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and credit card number, along with any additional data from the invoice recipient.

In addition, for the purpose of contract processing, the personal details (name, address, date of birth, telephone number etc.) of the service recipient are stored. The data made available by you is necessary for contract fulfilment or to implement pre-contractual measures. Without these details we cannot enter into a contract with you. Data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card details to the transacting bank institute/payment service, for the purpose of debiting the purchase cost and to our tax accountant to fulfil our taxation obligations and to data service providers who deal with the running of our database, our IT and Newsletter system. We have concluded a contract on order processing with them, in accordance with Art. 28 of GDPR.

Upon severance of a purchase process, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of conclusion of contract all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until expiration of the statutory retention period (7 years). Data is processed on the basis of legal provisions in § 96 Section 3 TKG and Art 6 Section 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for fulfilment of contract) in GDPR.  

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies and storage. These are small text files that are filed on your end device via your browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device, until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser when you next visit. If you do not want this, you can set your browser in such a way that you will be informed about the setting of cookies and only allow this in individual instances. The deactivation of cookies may restrict the functionality of our website.

Social Media

Social Media plug-ins are integrated on our website, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube. Data may be transferred via these channels to third parties. We have neither influence on cookies set by Facebook, Twitter etc., nor access to them.

Web analysis

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. ('Google'). Google Analytics uses cookies. The information generated by them about your use of this website (including your IP address) will be transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information to assess your use of the website, to create reports about website activities for website operators and to provide connected services linked to your use of the website and the Internet. Google will also transfer this information to third parties in so far as this is legally prescribed, or when third parties process this data on Google's behalf. Google will under no circumstances link your IP address with other data held by Google. By using this website you are consenting to the processing of the data about you gathered by Google in the manner previously outlined and for the purpose previously mentioned.

In the event of activation of IP anonymisation on this website, your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union and in other contracting parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will your full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operators of this website, Google will use this information to assess your use of the website, compile reports about website activities and to provide details of other services connected with your use of the website and the Internet vis-a-vis the website operator. The IP address transferred from your browser in the context of Google Analytics will not be associated with other data held by Google. You can prevent the storage of cookies via a relevant setting on your browser software; we would however point out that in this instance, not all of the functions of this website will be able to be used in their full extent. Facebook re-marketing

This website uses the re-marketing function 'Custom Audiences' Facebook. This function is also used to present visitors with advertisements related to their use of the social network Facebook website ('Facebook Ads'). Facebook re-marketing pixel has also been implemented on this website. Via this pixel, a direction link is created to Facebook servers when you visit this site. Information is then transferred to the Facebook server that you have visited this website and Facebook will allocate this information to your personal Facebook user account. Newsletter

You have the option to subscribe to the Newsletter offered on this website.
For this we require an e-mail address from you and information that enables is to verify that you are the e-mail address holder and consent to receiving the Newsletter.

Additional data will not be or will only be, gathered on a voluntary basis. This data will be used solely for sending the required information and not passed to the third parties. The processing of the date entered in the Newsletter registration form is done solely on your consent (Art. 6 Section 1 lit. a GDPR).

You can consent to the storage of data, your e-mail address and its use to send the newsletter at any time. Use the 'cancel' link in the newsletter, or send a mail to following e-mail address: hotel@antonius.at The legitimacy of data processing procedures already carried out will remain unaffected by this rescission.

The data on file from you for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and deleted upon cancellation of the newsletter. Data that we have stored for other purposes (e.g. e-mail addresses for the member area) remain unaffected by this.
