On the day you are due to arrive, reserved rooms are available from 15:00. Depending on availability, access to your room may be available earlier.
Please note that Reception is staffed until 10.00 p.m. Should you be arriving later than 22.00, please let us know. 

On the day you are due to depart, please vacate your room and parking space in front of the hotel or your space in the 'Mühle' parking garage by 11.00 a.m. at the latest.

In the event of delayed arrival, early departure or cancellation at short notice, the full room price will be charged.

To confirm your booking we would ask you to transfer a deposit – fee-free – of 30 % of the total price within two weeks of making your booking.

On request we are happy to organise a private baby sitter for you. Information and prices available on request.

For external services (taxi journeys, ski pass, ski school, massages etc.), that are outside the booked package deal and which are charged via your hotel bill, there will be a 3% surcharge. We are prohibited from forwarding your credit card details. 

Please be aware that pets are not permitted in the hotel. 

W-LAN is available free of charge throughout the hotel. A central Internet access is also available in the hotel lobby. 

The following discounts are available for children and additional adults staying in a room when there are two adults paying full price: 

• 0 – 2 years old:  Free
• 3 – 4 years old:  € 25.- per child per day
• 5 – 9 years old:  50 % to 60 % discount
• 10 – 14 years old: 40 % to 45 % discount
• Aged 15 + /Adult: 20 % to 30 % discount

A free parking space is available in front of the hotel for every room. On request you can reserve one of our garage spaces in the 'Mühle' garage, for 
€ 22.- per car and day. Please make an advance reservation for this.  

All prices are in Euro (€) and are per person and day, including breakfast, the afternoon skiers' snack and the Antonius inclusive services.

Local tax of Euro 3.80 per person /day (payable for those aged 14 and over) is also charged in addition to the day prices and for Winter Specials.

There is a surcharge of Euro 7.- to Euro 15.- per person and day for short stays (1-3 nights).

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. We would politely ask you to refrain from smoking in any inside area of the hotel. 

From experience we know that in spite of really looking forward to a holiday that has been booked, things can happen in between times. With this in mind, we recommend that you take out 'Hotelstorno Plus' travel cancellation insurance. This cover will save you paying any unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation or mountain rescue (incl. helicopter mountain rescue).

Due to the current uncertainty of the travel situation due to Corona (Covid 19) we urgently recommend that you take out travel insurance, to keep any financial losses to a minimum in the worst case scenario.

We are happy to take care of this for you, should you wish.

Be mindful that border closures, hotel closures and lockdown measures by the government are not covered by insurance. However in this case cancellation fees will not be charged. 

With regard to the afternoon or evening menu we are happy to assist when it comes to booking a table in one of the many restaurants in Lech and the surrounding area. Restaurant tips are available at any time at Reception.

Cancellation conditions for Winter 2023/24:

You can now cancel your arrival at no extra cost up to 3 month before you are due to arrive.  
Cancellations are only valid in written form.

Our cancellation conditions:

• up to 60 days before you are due to arrive – no cancellation costs
• up to 30 days before you are due to arrive - 40 % cancellation costs
• up to 14 days before you are due to arrive – 70% cancellation costs
• 7 days to 1 day before you are due to arrive – 90% cancellation costs
• on the day you are due to arrive or No Show or early departure – 100% cancellation costs

In the event of border closures, a closure of the hotel or lock down by the government and we are unable to provide our services, no cancellation costs will be incurred. Any deposits will be refunded or made available as a gift voucher for a stay in the Hotel Antonius at a later time.

Apart from amended cancellation conditions, General Terms & Conditions for the hotel sector ABGH apply to bookings that have been effected, for your and our protection. Right of rescission as per §18 Chap. 1 Z. 10 not applicable to bookings in our hotel. 

Our small yet perfectly formed wellness area is open daily from 3.30 - 8.00 p.m. Please note there is no admittance to children under the age of 14. After an action-packed day you get to switch off here and let your mind unwind, or just daydream and relax.

All prices are in Euro (€) and are per person for the times stated, incl. listed services, excl. local taxes.

Please note that Winter Specials are only able to be paid in CASH (no debit or credit cards).
